New Sales and Purchasing Systems at EC Hopkins

Over the past few months, EC Hopkins have been undergoing a series of very important upgrades on the accounting systems used within the company, both in Birmingham and Bilston. Not only upgrading to the new Pegasus Opera 3 to now include new sales order and stock processing, ECH now have a new customer management system to assist with the daily tasks and help give the customer an even better experience with ECH. ECH’s sales team will now have vital access to all prospect and current customers whilst in the office and out on the road, ensuring they can assist with any queries where ever they may be.
There has been some downtime during the past couple of months and ECH would like to thank its customers for their support and patience.
